Service operator: ZlexXQ LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wyoming, United States. Zlex VPN is the service operated by ZlexXQ LLC. Contact: [email protected].
These terms cover the Zlex VPN website, apps and network services. Read them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy before buying or using the service.
1. Your account and service
Use accurate account and billing details, protect your login credentials and device keys, and only authorize devices you control or have permission to use. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Your order and account show the purchased term, data allowance, device limit and available features. Nodes, routes and optional features may vary by plan and availability. A VPN does not guarantee a particular speed, latency, location, uninterrupted connection or access to every website.
2. Purchases, renewal and cancellation
Review the total and renewal terms at checkout. Supported recurring subscriptions renew until you cancel automatic renewal in Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a payment. Alipay purchases do not automatically renew. Confirmed paid time normally remains available until its expiry.
Unused Pay as you go data does not expire. Upload and download both count toward usage. During an active subscription, saved PAYG data is held for later use. PAYG does not include premium nodes or port forwarding. Optional static or dedicated IP service is available only when separately offered and purchased.
Refunds follow the specific exceptions in our Refund Policy. Payment processing, currency conversion and merchant-of-record arrangements shown at checkout may also involve the payment provider's terms.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Zlex for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, malware, unauthorized access, attacks, exploitation of others, or interference with our network. Do not bypass account limits or resell access without permission. Device Link and port forwarding must only expose devices and services you are entitled to share; secure those services and obtain the other device owner's consent.
We may restrict a feature or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, unpaid charges or legal requirements. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect. A restriction does not remove rights you have under applicable law.
4. Third-party and partner networks
Encrypted network packets may travel through third-party hosting, transit, relay or partner networks, including Cloudflare where the selected route uses it. Encryption protects content only on the segments and layers where it is enabled. A network forwarding encrypted packets is not thereby given the keys to decrypt that layer.
However, providers may see source or destination IP addresses, connection timing, packet sizes and traffic volume. A CDN or proxy that terminates TLS can access that TLS layer's contents; separate inner encryption may still protect the VPN payload. Providers may process or retain operational metadata under their own policies, security needs or legal obligations. We cannot promise that third parties never see or retain IP addresses.
Split-routed traffic and DNS can use your ordinary network. If you disable optional extra encryption, such as for supported OverWARP or forwarding connections, some segments may rely on the carrier or the application's own encryption. Use HTTPS or other application encryption for sensitive communications. A VPN alone does not provide complete anonymity.
5. Changes, availability and responsibility
We may maintain or change the service and will explain material changes through the website or account notices. Published policy updates apply prospectively; they do not retroactively remove mandatory rights or rights already attached to a purchase. Keep your apps current and review the terms before a new purchase or renewal.
We take reasonable care in operating the service, but cannot control every device, internet provider, partner network or destination. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first so we can investigate a service or billing issue.
