Refund details
Ordinary purchases are non-refundable. Quarterly and annual automatic renewals may be refunded when requested within 24 hours; monthly payments are excluded.
Eligible unused PAYG balances above 50 GB may receive $0.08 per remaining GB, capped by the corresponding amount paid. Separate rules apply to static IP terms of at least three months.

What changes when a subscription ends?
Your subscription ends at the paid expiration time. Any saved PAYG data becomes available. PAYG supports one connected device and does not include port forwarding.
How does PAYG conversion work?
Credit follows your remaining data and its original USD purchase value. A $15 purchase of 100 GB has $7.50 of conversion value after 50 GB is consumed.
